| 販売価格Price | ご利用料金：1名様につき11,000円(税込) 鑑定人が、古来からある「姓名判断」の考え方（名前の画数）と「五行」を用いて日本の名を考案します（候補3つの作成・命名証明書）。日本の姓をお持ちでない方のため、名前だけで縁起のよい画数と五行の調和を整えます。Fee: ¥11,000 per person (tax included) Our naming specialist creates your Japanese name using time-honoured arts: the principles of seimei handan (name divination by stroke count) and the Five Elements (three candidates and a naming certificate). As you have no Japanese family name, we apply them to your given name alone, choosing a lucky stroke count and harmonious elements. |

| 役務の提供時期Delivery | お申し込みの当日中に、日本名の候補3つを画面とメールでお示しします（標準：17時までのお申し込みは19時ごろ、17〜22時のお申し込みは23時30分ごろ。22時以降は翌日）。名前を選ぶ締切までにお選びいただくと、受け渡しの時間に旅館で命名証明書をお渡しします。締切後は、マイページからPDFで発行できます。Your three Japanese name candidates are presented on screen and by email on the day of application (standard: by about 19:00 for applications until 17:00, by about 23:30 for 17:00–22:00; after 22:00, the next day). If you choose by the deadline, the naming certificate is handed to you at the ryokan; after the deadline it can be issued as a PDF on your page. |
| キャンセル・返金Cancellation and refunds | 【想いを封じて、鑑定人に託す】ボタンを押すとキャンセルができません。いかなる理由があろうとも宿泊費用にプラスされます。詳しくは利用規約第4条・第5条をご覧ください。Once you press [Seal it and entrust it to our specialist], you cannot cancel. For any reason whatsoever, the fee will be added to your accommodation charges. See Articles 4 and 5 of the Terms of Service. |
